“Supporting your strength, independence, and communication—so everyday life feels easier and brighter.”
PHysical Therapy

Our Physical Therapists are movement experts who help you regain strength, balance, and mobility after illness, injury, or surgery—all within the comfort and convenience of your own home. They design personalized exercise programs, provide hands-on care, and teach safe ways to move around your home, reducing the risk of falls and injuries. PTs focus on improving endurance, managing pain, and restoring independence so you can safely perform daily tasks like climbing stairs, getting in and out of bed, or walking around your home.

We also have physical therapists who are Certified Lymphedema Therapists. They provide Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)—a specialized program that combines gentle manual lymph drainage, compression therapy, skin care, and exercises to reduce swelling and improve comfort. This care is delivered right in your home, helping you manage lymphedema safely and eXectively while restoring mobility and quality of life.

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists focus on helping you stay independent and safe in the
activities that matter most—whether that’s dressing, bathing, preparing meals, or managing your home. They don’t just treat symptoms; they look at your whole environment and find ways to make daily life easier.

OTs can recommend adaptive equipment (like grab bars, reachers, or shower chairs),
teach energy-saving techniques, and suggest modifications to reduce fall risks. They also help with fine motor skills, coordination, and cognitive strategies for memory and organization.

Occupational Therapy Assistants work closely with the therapist to carry out your care plan, offering encouragement and practice in real-life tasks so you feel more confident every day.

speech-Language Pathology (SLP)

Our Speech-Language Pathologists help patients with communication and swallowing challenges, right in the comfort of their own home. Our therapists work on improving speech clarity, language comprehension, memory, voice, and safe eating. They tailor therapy to your daily routines, helping you communicate eXectively with family, caregivers, and healthcare providers, and ensuring meals are safe and manageable. Our SLPs also teach strategies and exercises that fit naturally into your home environment, promoting independence and confidence in everyday life.
